Sodding:
Average or larger suburban/new construction lots: sod installed (residential new construction) $1.75-$2.00. This includes finish grading and shovel work for quantities above 800 sq. yd. sod.
Smaller lots and tearouts:
This pricing is always based on the job, however generally for tearouts a $3-5 per sq. yd.is a good benchmark, and for smaller quantities of sod the above quoted rates for larger lots apply, but with an additional job fee to be determined.
Boulder walls (new construction):
$15.00-$17.50. Again is a guidline based on past projects. Location of project and access are things which have a bearing on the pricing.
Modular stone retaining wall work (new construction):
$16-$20 per sq. yd.

Edging:
Installed edging goes for around $1.90 lin. ft. This includes quality nursery edging.
Rock installed:
Price for different rocks vary, but we charge between $50-$70 per ton to install most rocks (this includes a poly underlayment). Call us for a quote.
Skid loader work:
$65-$75 per hour, depending on the amount of work and type of work. If we are on site, we can usually offer flat rates for certain services.
Patios and walkways:
Clay pavers installed: $12-13.00 sq. ft.
Concrete pavers installed: $10.50-12.50 sq. ft.
Flagstone (Fon-Du-Lac): $14.00-16.00 sq. ft.

Spring:
For pre digging spring and fall trees, please contact us via e-mail, and we will send out a price list with the items you specify. Pre-Spring field direct ordering can yield substantial savings to us which we can then pass on to you.
Trees: LINDEN, MAPLE, OAK, $350.00 EACH (planted and warrantied), plus delivery - $100.00** (if more trees delivery usually remains the same)
Summer:
Ordering your sod or landscaping work for the late summer or early fall can also yield discounts. It helps us to understand our coming workload and plan for future jobs when people order early. Discounts on sodding and landscaping can be up to 10%-15%, depending on project size and timing.
Fall:
Certain varieties of trees and shrubs are available in the fall for either closeout year-end savings (shrubbery) or field direct pricing (trees). Contact us about your project and we'll let you know where the savings can be found.
